Last night, a small room in Akron was filled completely with talented artists, sharing their experience, dreams, joys and sorrows in such purely amazing ways. With each poet who took the stage, not only was I reminded of the extraordinary talent that exists in Northeast Ohio, but I was reminded of our shared humanity and community … To witness talented expression is a great joy. And to witness a community support that expression is something absolutely soul-filling.”

If you are someone who is on the fence about coming, it is worth investing a couple hours on a Wednesday night to check it out. All the artists are different.
